Pouze se modernizovalo v\u00fdrobn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ve v\u00fdrobn\u00e1ch. St\u00e1le se k v\u00fdrob\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 sm\u011bs je\u010dmene a p\u0161enice, kter\u00e9 se fermentuj\u00ed. Po prvn\u00ed destilaci se k roztoku p\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed byliny, ko\u0159en\u00ed, bobulky v macerovan\u00e9m stavu. R\u016fzn\u00e9 v\u00fdroby maj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsady, pouze jalovec je stanoven\u00fd jako nenahraditeln\u00e1 slo\u017eka v\u0161ech n\u00e1poj\u016f.Rostlinn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsady jsou kl\u00ed\u010dovou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed kone\u010dn\u00e9ho produktu a ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed celkovou kvalitu n\u00e1poje.
